Star Brands will now require authorization numbers be issued before service agents respond to warranty service calls. Before you schedule service calls please call us at 1-800-264-7827 and press prompt 2 during normal business hours Monday to Friday 7:00am to 8:00pm CST. If you are unable to reach Technical Service by phone, you have the option to e-mail techservice@partstown.com for prior authorization, considering you provide the Serial Number, customer name, address, and phone number of the service location in your e-mail. Service Dispatch will provide an authorization number for warranty repairs after obtaining the necessary information.

After hours emergency authorizations will be provided by the “On-Call” service technician. The on-call technician can be reached after normal business hours at 800-264-7827, prompt #1.
